At Convert Website To App, we provide digital website-to-app conversion and related app services. Because our services involve customized work and the creation of digital deliverables, service fees are generally non-refundable.
One-Time Service Fees
All one-time service fees paid for our services are non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically approved under the terms of this Refund Policy.
If you have reason to believe that a payment was charged in error, you may provide written notice to our Customer Support team and request a refund by emailing us at info@convertwebsitetoapp.com.
Service Delivery
Services are generally delivered within 24 to 48 hours after payment, unless a different delivery timeframe is specified for a particular service.
Delivery times may vary depending on the service requested, information provided by the customer, technical requirements, or additional information or access required to complete the service.
Refund Eligibility
Where a refund may be applicable, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
A refund may only be considered if:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment.
- The deliverables associated with the service, such as APK, AAB, IPA, or other app files, have not been downloaded or used outside of the Convert Website To App platform.
- The deliverables have not been used for commercial or personal purposes.
- The customer has not otherwise used, distributed, published, or benefited from the completed service.
- There has been no violation of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services.
Simply requesting a refund does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. Refund eligibility is determined by our Customer Support team based on the circumstances of each request.
Refund After Delivery or Download
We will not provide refunds after the applicable 7-day refund period has expired or after the associated deliverables have been downloaded, accessed, used, published, distributed, or otherwise used outside of the Convert Website To App platform.
This includes situations where the customer has downloaded or used app files such as APK, AAB, or IPA files.
Once the customer has received and used the digital deliverables, the service is considered completed and the service fee is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved by our Customer Support team, the refund will generally be initiated within 24 hours of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
After the refund has been processed by us, it may take approximately 1 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
Refund Review
All refund requests are reviewed by our Customer Support team.
When reviewing a request, we may consider various factors, including, without limitation:
- The date and time of payment
- The date and time of the refund request
- Whether the service has already been completed
- Whether app files or other deliverables have been downloaded
- Whether the deliverables have been used, published, or distributed
- Whether the customer has violated our Terms and Conditions
- Whether the service has been improperly used
- Whether the customer has already received or benefited from the completed service
We reserve the right to approve or deny a refund request based on the circumstances and the terms of this Refund Policy.
