2. Website-to-App Conversion

Our website-to-app services generally convert an existing website into a mobile application using technologies such as WebView or other appropriate app technologies.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable service description, a website-to-app conversion is not a fully native mobile application developed from scratch.

The performance and functionality of the resulting app may depend on:

  • Your website
  • Website hosting and server performance
  • Website code
  • Browser/WebView compatibility
  • Third-party scripts and services
  • Website security settings
  • APIs and integrations
  • Device operating systems
  • Changes made to your website after conversion

We do not guarantee that every website, feature, script, plugin, payment system, login system, or third-party integration will function identically inside an app.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights and permissions necessary to convert your website into an application.

You must have appropriate rights to use:

  • Your website
  • Website content
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Software
  • Third-party content
  • Other materials submitted to us

You are responsible for ensuring that your website and app content comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and third-party terms.

We are not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, or other legal issues relating to content supplied by you.

4. Information and Files Provided by Customers

You agree to provide accurate and complete information required to perform your order.

Depending on the service, this may include:

  • Website URL
  • App name
  • App icon
  • App description
  • Package/application identifier
  • Website and app configuration information
  • Google Play Console information
  • Apple Developer or App Store Connect information
  • Other technical information required for the requested service

You are responsible for ensuring that information and files submitted to us are accurate, valid, and belong to you or that you have permission to use them.

Incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or outdated information may delay delivery or prevent us from completing the requested service.

5. Free Website-to-App Service

Our free website-to-app service may be provided for testing, demonstration, or evaluation purposes.

Free apps may have limitations that do not apply to paid services. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Advertising
  • Branding or watermarking
  • Limited customization
  • Shared/default application configuration
  • Restrictions on publishing
  • Limited features
  • Other technical limitations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, free/demo apps are not intended for Google Play Store or Apple App Store publishing.

We may modify the features or limitations of free services at any time.

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Paid services and subscriptions provide access to the features and services specified on the relevant product, pricing, or subscription page at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for selecting the appropriate service or subscription for your requirements.

Features available under one plan may not be available under another plan.

We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, features, or service availability for future purchases. Such changes will not retroactively change the terms of an order that has already been completed, except where required by law or otherwise agreed.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including payment methods made available on our website.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and accepted by us or the applicable payment processor.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, declined, or otherwise not successfully completed, we may suspend or cancel the associated service until the payment issue is resolved.

8. Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the estimated timeframe stated on the applicable service page or communicated to you.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

Delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Incorrect customer information
  • Missing files
  • Website incompatibility
  • Third-party service problems
  • Google or Apple account issues
  • App review delays
  • Payment issues
  • Technical problems
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

For iOS services, delivery or publishing timelines may also depend on Apple Developer account access, App Store Connect configuration, certificates, provisioning profiles, Apple’s review process, and other Apple requirements.

9. APK and AAB Files

For applicable Android services, we may provide APK and/or AAB files depending on the purchased service.

An APK may be used for testing or direct Android installation where permitted.

An AAB is generally used for Google Play distribution.

Providing an APK or AAB does not guarantee approval or publication on Google Play. Google independently reviews apps according to its policies and requirements.

10. Google Play Store Publishing

Where publishing support is purchased, we may assist with preparing or submitting your Android app through Google Play Console.

Google controls its own:

  • Developer account requirements
  • App policies
  • Review process
  • Approval decisions
  • Content requirements
  • Technical requirements
  • Publishing requirements

We do not guarantee that Google will approve or publish an app.

Any rejection, suspension, removal, limitation, or other action taken by Google is subject to Google’s policies and processes.

11. Apple App Store Publishing

Where applicable, we may provide support with Apple Developer account, App Store Connect, app upload, submission preparation, or related publishing tasks.

Apple independently controls:

  • Developer account requirements
  • App Store policies
  • App review
  • Approval decisions
  • Technical requirements
  • Distribution requirements

We do not guarantee that Apple will approve or publish an app.

Any rejection, suspension, removal, limitation, or other action taken by Apple is subject to Apple’s policies and processes.

12. Publishing Support

Publishing support means that we assist with the technical or procedural aspects of app publishing.

Unless specifically included in the purchased service, you remain responsible for:

  • Maintaining your developer account
  • Paying Google or Apple developer fees
  • Providing required account information
  • Accepting platform agreements
  • Providing required legal information
  • Completing required platform declarations
  • Responding to platform requests
  • Making final publishing decisions

We cannot guarantee approval by Google, Apple, or any other third-party platform.

13. Customer Developer Accounts

When you request publishing or technical support involving your Google Play Console, Apple Developer account, or App Store Connect account, you may be required to provide appropriate access or complete account authorization steps.

You remain the owner of your developer account.

We will use access provided to us only to perform the requested service.

You should not provide passwords or other credentials through insecure communication methods when an official authorization or access-sharing method is available.

14. App Store and Platform Policies

Your app must comply with the applicable policies of Google Play, Apple App Store, and other distribution platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your website and app content comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

We may refuse to create, modify, or submit an app where we reasonably believe that the requested service would violate applicable law, platform policies, intellectual property rights, or our own policies.

15. App Functionality and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that apps operate as intended based on the information and website provided.

However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with:

  • Every Android device
  • Every iPhone or iPad mode
